We used to rely solely on email and social media but we found it very challenging to get people’s attention. We introduced Texting Base in April 2017 to our marketing tactics and its been working great! When you are driving around you see so many ads; you receive a ton of spam in your email and there's so much in your social feed. To cut through all of the clutter we are using Texting Base to narrow down our list to a specific group of riders and give specific package offers based on previous purchases. It’s an instant sale! I have no idea why we didn't do it sooner! Texting Base has helped us analyze the purchase behaviors of our riders and we are able to group people based on their buying habits. We’ve learned that you can not make the same offer to everyone because financial situations vary. We’ve tailored our offers using Texting Base to accommodate everyone’s needs which has increased sales and loyalty to our studio. We are able to use Texting Base to have one on one relationships with our riders instead of a mass email that goes out to everyone without losing the efficiency of mass communication. Using Texting Base is like texting a friend on a mass scale… I can send 1 text to 200 people and in 30 minutes finish responding to messages. Sometimes they don’t respond but you’ll see the sale come through so you know the message worked. I would recommend Texting Base over any other service because I did my research and it is the most hands on product on the market. The price is great and there are no contracts! Their customer support is instant customer service, it’s so fast and they are great to work with! I can’t recommend Texting Base enough!
